Customers also have the option to pick up their ordered items during their soonest office visit at Britt Haus. Alternatively, customers may choose to visit our location to pick up their items directly. Please note that if you choose this option, you will not incur any shipping charges. 

Britt Haus is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact our team for assistance.
